Employment Equity Reporting

Employment Equity is a legal process the stipulates that a Designated employer (an employer who employs more than 50 staff), submit an Employment Equity report.

Although employment equity reporting is not necessary for employers under 50 staff, in order to qualify for BBBEE score under Management Control, a company MUST submit the necessary report.

We can assist you in preparing your EE2+4 report ready for submission, our software allows us to process your data quickly and accurately, should you be a designated employee, then in addition to the EEA2+4 it is necessary to also submit an EEA12 (Barrier analysis) as well as an EEA13 (goals and targets).

Using our API process we can help you prepare and plan your EE reports ready for submission, additionally we have a software for managing the Employment Equity Committee
